This place was great, it was super clean and the staff were really on top of things, plus they were so nice! 😊

We were there for Carnavale and as busy as they were, every one of the staff was remarkable, personable, and eager to make our stay comfortable. Food was excellent, room spacious, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. The hotel...  

Loved this 1st class accommodation with attentive staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was abundant and varied with many wonderful selections, the best I had in Viareggio.

The hotel offers an abundant and savoury breakfast with many wonderful selections. It is in a central location by a lovely long promenade. - the hotel is close to both the train station and a bus stop for easy access to Pisa and the surrounding area....

This place is spacious, well-kept, and has a nice balcony.

The rooms are well-kept, spacious, and offer a stunning view of the sea.

Very comfortable with relaxing garden and pool area. Excellent staff. We were allocated room 403 which had its own sitting room and extra bedroom with mountain view.

About a mile from the centre of town, railway and bus stations, so got a little bored with the walk back and forth along the promenade. Access to the beach, across the road from hotel, expensive.

Beautiful old building, on perfect beachfront location. All staff very friendly, service was great. excellent breakfast. Rooms extremely clean with lovely newly fitted bathroom! Just Lovely!

The breakfast offered a variety of choices including cereals, cakes, pastries, fruit, and cheese. Rewritten: the breakfast had a good selection of options like cereals, cakes, pastries, fruit, and cheese....  

We only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful and booked us a table at a local fish restaurant which was excellent. The barman made us excellent martinis too. We really liked this hotel, it is the complete opposite of the usual homogenous hotel decor with a slighty shabby and faded 20s/30s glamour that was so appealing and chic. The dining room and public rooms were fabulous. Our room was upgraded from one with a sea view to one with a balcony (in fact there were two) and it was huge, about 4 times the size of other rooms we have stayed in. The swimming pool was lovely too.

A minor criticism is that our bathroom was due for refurbishment.

Thanks very much for the stay - would book here again. The rooms are silent and spotless, have nice bathroom. The service is excellent, includes great parking. The parking is on-site, costs gbp 22 per day. The rooftop bar offers soft drinks.

This place is impeccably clean with a friendly and supportive front desk staff.

Hotel facilities are good, and we particularly made use of the excellent swimming pool. The hotel staff seemed very enthusiastic, were very helpful and made us feel so welcome.
